1956 Chevy 4Door Belair Wagon Custom Suicide

1956 Chevrolet 4 Door Wagon Chopped Custom Suicide

Located in Tempe, Arizona - this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you to get into one of those All American classic muscle cars you have always wanted. This is a 1956 Chevy 4-Door Wagon that will definitely impress. This car is one of America’s most desirable classic cars and is a lost art of yearly automotive design and hand built production. This is a perfect example of what is missing in today’s automobiles.
This Chevy wagon is powered by a 350 small block V8 engine with polished aluminum valve covers, chrome pulleys, chrome air filter cover, aluminum radiator, chrome horns and more. The transmission is a 3-speed automatic that shifts effortlessly. The motor starts, sounds and runs excellent! This car does not overheat or run hot. The odometer reads 07880 but is not actual miles and is in excess of its mechanical limits.
This classic icon features custom front bucket seats and a floor console. The windows are all power operated including the front wing windows. The seats have been upholstered with a tan vinyl - velour that looks spectacular. The headliner is a custom job as well and looks great. The extra clean tan carpeted floor finishes off the overall look of the interior. All of the interior chrome and stainless trim shows very well. There are some added gauges including oil pressure, water temp, and voltage. This Chevy has also been treated to an Sony CD sound system. The interior truly looks great and shows absolutely no signs of abuse.
The exterior of this Chevy is a tribute to American muscle with strong body lines that capture your soul. This car has been chopped 3 1/2 inches to give it that devilish custom look and the rear doors have been modified into suicide doors. The black paint was done less than a year ago but did not cure correctly and has a lot of wrinkles and imperfections. This car will definitely need a paint job to look it's best. This car does look like a show car from 40 feet away! All of the exterior chrome trim is intact and looks great.
This American classic is topped off with a brand new set of staggered Boss 338 alloy wheels wrapped in a brand new set of Nexen 255/45ZR18 N3000 tires in the rear and some Nexen 235/45ZR18 N3000 tires up front.  This 1956 custom Chevy Wagon is stunning and will not last. Make no mistakes about it, this car is very nice and runs like a dream.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Watch a Video of a 1956 4 Door Belair Station Wagon at the Drags - "NOT THE SAME CAR FOR SALE".  A video of the car for sale couldn't be obtained from the sellers.  But we thought it was a really cool video - catch'em if you can.  The one for auction is in show condition and repeat - a different vehicle.  It was built in two months for Rich Christensen's Arm Drop Racing - July 5 2008. Did 10.30's. Its an all steel street car with an alternator and power steering.
